Personal, in-depth attention addresses your specific abilities, needs and aspirations. Undertake an advanced practice or learn yoga basics. Gentle Reiki energy session promotes relaxation and wellness by restoring emotional, physical, spiritual and mental balance. Individual Yoga or Reiki in 1-hour increments.
After 20+ years of higher education leadership, Rose turned her energies to providing high quality yet affordable holistic wellness opportunities to help others achieve a satisfying lifestyle. Yoga, Reiki, Qigong, meditation, reflexology and therapeutic props are just a few of the techniques she uses in classes and individual sessions.
With more than 15 years of yoga, Rose is certified as a Hatha Yoga instructor registered with National Yoga Alliance and certified as an Advanced Reiki practitioner through the International Center for Reiki Training. Using her skills in adult education, Rose joined with others to develop and deliver a Nurture and Renew workshop for holistic wellness. Wanting everyone to have access to these practices, Rose frequently works in concert with wellness practitioners such as Upper Cervical Health Centers to provide free public instruction. For her paying clients, she strives to keep her overhead low and pass that savings on to them. Namaste.
